Booked car, confirmed multiple times. Pavel gave us address to pick up car, several months in advance. On the day, sent a few emails confirming we were coming, no response. Arrived at the agreed meeting spot, no car. Called company, they have no cars. They tried to blame us saying we never confirmed, but when we sent them the emails with their multiple confirmations then changed their story and said car had been in a crash. Doubt this was true but more likely a cover for them forgetting and over booking. Even if that had been true, why did they not warn us no cars prior to us arriving on the day for pickup.Owner was rude and high blame on us. We then had no car and last minute hat to make other arrangements.Avoid, these cannot be trusted

The Service and the price is outstanding. Of course you can not expect a brand new car like with the big companies but the cars a clean, well maintained, comfortable and save.

Very good car rental. Pavel is a nice guy and the cars are of decent quality. After we rented a car for a day we found it more convenient to give it back late in the evening and this was no problem on a very short notice.

Overall this was a good experience and good value for money.Pavel was helpful and friendly.The vehicle, a manual diesel VW Passat station wagon, was great. It has high mileage but functioned perfectly.There are some things I would recommend in terms of improvement:1) The tires were worn. We had a flat tire. The flat tire was not repairable because, in the words of the mechanic, the tire was too worn."2) The tire iron did not fit the specific key needed to remove the security nut. I had to wait for another motorist with an adjustable wrench to remove that nut. The tire iron did fit the regular lug nuts

I'm very happy for finding this old school business.He provided everything I was looking for - decent sized, well kept vehicle for a very affordable price, delivered to my hotel with an option to return at the airport for a small extra fee. Many things other companies offer for extra fees like highway sticker or trips to surrounding countries, are included in base priceThe deposit wasn't obnoxiously high comparing to what other rental companies in the area are requiring and was released immediately upon return.I wish Mr. Veselý good health and prosperity so he can run his business for many years to come.I will gladly use this car rental company again and I recommend it to everyone I know.

Pavel is good and very Friendly person. Easy to rent and great car with flexibility.

Rent a car for the first and the last time there. Car itself was ok, but they forgot to come and pick it up at the airport. After a phone call they came 45min late. Fortunately our flight was delayed. Standing next to him after car check the owner suddenly closed 5th door and heavily hit my head. Caused massive bleeding. Despite of that he refused to cover first aid medical costs and any responsibility for the accident. Very unethically behaviour. Never more.

Pavel is a lovely helpful person. Car was not our original choice but very satisfied with the upgrade to a golf combi. Car is not new as expected but at the price you can not complain. Excellent value for money. Paperwork process easy and straight forward. Car did it's job which is what I needed. Thanks Pavel.

I used this service of car rental for more than 6 months. And I am satisfied with the car I rented and the service that I was given. The car rarely had an issue, and when I reported any issue, it was fixed at the earliest available time.I would recommend this car rental service; you would enjoy it.

Very good service. Thanks to Pavel.Car was a medium technical condition, but it is because Ive asked an Automatic Transmission. It was only one of such car
