Had a lovely experience with Stylist Barbara. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure she kept that front of mind while also making educated suggestions throughout my appointment.Cost was 1300 Czech Cronor for a cut, blow dry and style (equivalent at Toni & Guy in Melbourne, Australia would be 1450-1500 so I thought the price was good).

The worst hair cut I have ever received. They ruined my hair and pretended that it looks amazing. Cut was choppy and uneven. I am devastated just left the salon in tears.

Andrea,the professional,empathetic,hard working,and confident stylist did what the other unprofessional and narcissistic one at the Toni and Guy at Opletalova street didn't and in reality couldn't do.Cheers Andrea,you got yourself a lifetime client.Thank you for giving a sick person some happiness today.

My favorite hairdresser in Prague. Lovely people who love their job and they are professional at its best. I go there already for 6 years. UPDATE: have been there today, and it was again an amazing experience!

Wow! Visiting as a tourist from UK - dont recall the name of my stylist but he had dark hair and a beard. That was probably the best blow dry I've ever had! I'm sad I cant come back because I would be a regular customer otherwise. Salon manager also was lovely - whole experience was great so if you're looking for a salon to go to whilst in Prague I highly recommend!!
