The best service ever! I needed to transport my pup from Prague to Vancouver. The instructions were clear, all well communicated with both parties (myself and the breeder).I also got a picture from the airport before she left Czech Republic.Plus, I got contact from Worldwide Animal Travel Canada as a trusted transporter.BEST! Recommend to everyone!

Nutné upozornit, že se nejedná o žádnou renomovanou přepravní společnost, ale drobného podnikatel, který na letišti nemá ani klientskou kancelář, jak by leckdo očekával. Komunikace je s ním náročná a potřebné informace nemá zákazník šanci v ucelené podobě získat.Pokud přijde dotaz na výslednou cenu přepravy a podmínky přepravy, začne se chovat arogantně a může to vyústit až ve snahu poškodit zákazníka i zvíře. Určitě nelze takovéto služby doporučit.

Be careful with this service. Pavel promised that the huge amount paid for the transport of a rabbit from CZ to Spain (Almost 600eur) would cover all expenses. Today we were asked to pay extra 160,50 ON TOP of what was already payed in order to retrieve our pet.

I can not recommend this company. We are dog breeders and I contacted Mr. Kliment several times by phone as well as by E-Mail in order to get quotes for animal transports. Even though he promised me several times, he has still not replied to date (after 2 weeks).

Exceptional service and care!We recently entrusted our dog in the capable hands of Pavel Kliment who collected him in Vancouver, Canada at our home and flew with him via Frankfurt to Prague, later safely delivering him and his travel crate to our home in the village of Bukova in South Bohemia. It is obvious that Pavel is an animal lover - our dog was sad to part from him.Our dog has put on some weight during his few days with Pavel and is looking very happy and healthy. He has obviously been extremely well cared for throughout the arduous transatlantic flights, his few days' stay near Prague and the 200-km car trip from Prague to Bukova.For your total peace of mind, when relocating your pets anywhere in the world, I can not think of a better company to choose than Animal Transport Worldwide. Very unorganized and not so helpful readying us to move our pet. Late for every meeting, including pick up at the airport! No follow through on what was promised.
