Very disappointed! I ordered 25 roses and 12 hours after they arrived they were already wilted over and dying. I made a complaint and they delivered me new roses. These also only lasted two days before wilting and dying. I made another complaint and was told they already delivered a new order and blamed it on me stating they are not sure how the roses were taken care of. I followed the instructions on the back of the flower food package provided. They would not refund my money or deliver new roses. Even though I provided several photos as proof of the condition.

My relatives always ordered flowers through Flora. However last time it was a big disappointment. Not fresh and on the next day flowers started to become even worse. Very unpleasant.
