The staff is polite and professional. There are trainers to guide you, to teach you how to do some acrobatics. This is a nice point. But it's maybe a little bit small from my opinion and very expensive

Badly managed. The mixture of adults, teenagers and small children in the same area at the same time is a disaster waiting to happen. No wonder you have to sign a waiver form to accept you are responsible for yourself or your children. Two supervisors on duty, one of whom was more interested in his Facebook page on his mobile phone, than the welfare of the children.Some of the music played on the loudspeaker was unsuitable for the children, in this case, rap music with offensive words and lyrics. Very poor experience..
