Hello boboq, you were very polite and friendly, that was about it for the positives. You need to get your boba cooked properly because the whole batch was uncooked, your staff was not trained and I also was not asked how I want my drink, which by the way is universal or even culturalal. So now my drink is warm and it's too sweet with uncooked boba. You have not got a chance competing in Prague if this was you best. I'll come back in 2 months if your still a business to give you a second chance

Card was not working, decided to use Czech Koruna. Noticed my wife & I were tourists & tried to short change us 200 Korunas. Boba tea was subpar, be aware.
