We had and emergency with my Cat, they were very kind and nice also speaking nicely English, they helped us fast and I’m happy with the service and price.

Prices is so high and service is sooo bad

Thank you for their all help.Especially, Petr Gbelec, he helped us a lot for my poor cat’s eye operation. My cat is healthy and happy again. I recommend this hospital.

I just brought my dog there very early in the morning because I was concerned he had an impaction. The door was locked, I rang the buzzer and it seemed like I was waking them up. The assistant was nice, but the doctor was as cold and as miserable as you can get... apparently she doesn't like getting woken up to do her job. When we were trying to position my dog on the xray machine she was acting very impatient and shaking her head in disgust because this particular dog was severely abused by Czech owners and was growling when I was trying to get him to lay down. She left the room in a huff and at that point I had enough of this cow, because where was this going, I would never let her operate on him, so I left. This is not a fully functional 24 hour hospital. The day staff may be great, but it is not a place to come at night for an emergency.

Very professional staff. First time we we came here with the dog late night on weekend and after initial checks we have been told that immediate surgery is required. Due to urgency of our case we haven't had a time to make a research whether this place is good or not but at the end we were very happy with all service provided to us. I can absolutely recommend the place for your pets.Keep in mind before you go:Be ready to wait in the queue, there are multiple doctors serving pets but sometimes there are many visitors. We made multiple visits and have been waiting from 10 to 50 minutes to be accepted.Give them a phone call before you go, this will likely reduce your waiting time.

They should rename this place to house of heroes". Absolutely a life saving experience after my pup had a car accident and I took her there. All the staff are professionals

I will never forget how the vets were taking my dog and carrying him like a baby…The best vet doctors I met in my life.

Long story short...this was our first visit to this vet in order to get a check-up for our old lil doggo since he had several health issues due to his age (15yo).Emailed them and asked us to come at 7PM, which sounded like an appointment.We got there a bit earlier since it was our first appointment in order to register the dog at the reception desk.The place was not busy, just a couple clients before us, so we registered the dog and we were invited to wait until we were called.So we wait... and wait and wait.We were supposed to have the appointment at 7PM and it was already 8:20PM. In the meantime, new clients were coming to the clinic and they were called before us. So what's the point of asking us to comet at 7PM?After that, we just left... and 10 minutes later we got a call from them. Of course we did not pick up.Now, we are well aware that we might have to wait to be attended, but this is not the Public Health Insurance; we are going to pay for a service provided in a private place.It looks this place is just any other vet we had in the past, just looking for the money without caring about the dogs.I am wondering what would have happened if this was an emergency...Guess the one star goes to the reception lady, at least she was kind when registering the dog...Avoid if possible.

We can highly recommend going there. Our doggie had a surgery in the hospital. Dr. Bareš took a great care of Chanel. Excellent communication before and after the surgery, and human approach that was much appreciated. Thank you!

We went there to treat our cat. They have good oncology staff and can offer a good service. There are not many other options in such cases in Prague unfortunately.They can communicate in English but we did not have a very fluent conversation, in any case, it works so do not worry!They have a very useful 24H service that can be used in an emergency.I hope you do not need their help, but in case I recommend it.
