Always great value for money. In Prague they can a quaint snack bar and coffee shop for a quick snack before or after shopping. We loved the pastries!

Restaurant with famous swedish balls, but that's only food which is good. I have here hamburger" which was something like meat dried to death in dry bun. It was hard to eat it. Pros are normal prices and bottomless drink. Cons are poor quality of food."

Second time we've come and they've run out of vegan meatballs. I am sitting in the restaurant. It's 11 degrees outside and raining and the air conditioning in the restaurant seems to be on full blast. Can someone please tell IKEA about the climate crisis / energy crisis!?!!

Very disappointing experience at IKEA today. We had to return a desk chair because it was falling apart. It had been falling apart for the past 8 months, but we only got around to taking it back today. We had the receipt and it had been less than 2 years since we bought it, but the customer service rep treated us with suspicion, saying we should have brought it back much sooner and they were going to have to have an expert take a look at it to see if it had been tempered with! After being customers there for years and being treated like this, it was like a slap in the face. Then, at the checkout counter, we were doing the self-service checkout, a screen pops up asking if we were sure we had paid for everything. I clicked on 'yes'. The next screen then says something like are you absolutely sure you paid for everything because we are monitoring you with cameras above. It just felt like IKEA had suddenly gone from a sort of fun family activity to a trip to a prison to visit with inmates. XXX Lutz is starting to look better and better. Other than that, the food is good, but the desserts always give me indigestion. Glad they have Coca-Cola now!

The restaurant is my favorite part of going to IKEA! The food is relatively cheap when you look at what you get. A family of four can have a full mean for about 500 crowns. The meatballs are something new that I haven't really had anywhere else. Definitely my favorite. I also had chocolate cake. It was basically like less dense chocolate bar you would eat with a fork. I liked it. I also love the free refills you can get on drink there. To have the full experience, make sure to refill at least three times.

I wish we had a canteen like this at work. The food selection is wide, you have a lot of healthy choices and the quality is good. The meatballs with mashed potatoes are the classic dish here, salmon was also delicious. The interior design is simple but nice, functional and clean.

Nice, bright, renovated, dezinfected regularly, i like that the cafe was brought back to its initial place, way more cozy and inviting.
