It is the worst auto bazaar I ever dealed with!!

Dear Mr Michal, Mr Vavrich and Mr Ross and AutoEsaWe are having a conversation with you since a month about this topic and each of you many times on minutes of phone conversations acknowledged how right we are on asking you to do your job right.You are selling an X5 car promoting extra set of wheels to be used with the exact same car but you are giving something useless which cannot be used for that car and you think this is allright? Depending on the handover details that we didn't understand and never thought if it would be for some other car because it is ridiculous and you think this is fair?So when you buy a table from iIkea and the extra arrangements come out of box are for chair you wil be ok with that? Wow!None of you are expert to understand what wheels they were at first glance and of course neither we, and is that our fault to trust yourselves and not understand you are fooling us with some useless wheels?The conflict yourselves are having between each other is horrible. Mr Ross said they checked situation and his manager approved to provide correct set of wheels in a few days and after 10 days of not hearing back from him and many calls i made now you are telling me that you are no gonna do what you promised?The people that i contacted and promised for solution like Mr Ross and Vavrich never got back to me which i think is because they must be ashamed.I thought Auto Esa is a big company and as expats in Prague we can trust you instead of buying our car from some other individuals. This was a huge disappointment and a lesson.Selling maybe hundreds of cars each week and being so poor not to be able to provide the correct wheels you promised for at least for good customer service is miserable. If only we knew how bad our experience will be with yourselves.. So make sure i will let anyone i can reach before they do any shopping with you to know in advance what their experience can be like. Hundreds of people that i work together already know.By indicating the statements above to make yourselves legally comfortable may not let your conscience be so.This is ridiculous! Shame on you!

Mr. Kučaba spoke perfect English , very helpful for expats specially when there many arrangements to take place.My issue for the purchase was complicated but he managed all and responded in timely manner to all my inquire after sale. The sales representative Libuš was excellent, explained the history of the car in full.I recommend for Expat to head there.Walid Amin

It was a very good experience. A big offer of Skoda models. They speak English but it is much easier if you have somebody who speaks also Czech.

I’ve read all the bad comments about this company , but i thought i’d still try them as they have good choice on their website.MISTAKE!!Dont go there, its a waste of time!!They lied to me, telling me to go all the way to cerny most, that the car i want will be there...1/ the car wasnt there2/ the dealer that was supposed to be here for me wasnt there3/ they asked me to pay 1000czk if i wanted to see the car!!!!!Seriously, even if you have time to lose, read a book or go for a walk, its a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME to deal with those ThIEFs!!!!
