Starbucks as any other. Though this time they put normal milk into the coffee instead of plant based as asked and also marked on the cap. When realized, we were too far from the place to get back and change.

The most disgusting coffee I’ve ever drunk. Today I was sold a cappuccino with sour coconut milk. The baristas are very inattentive! When I ask for an iced coffee they do hot, when I asked coffee without cream, they do with it. Most of the time the coffee beans are overroasted and the coffee itself is very bitter.From today I won’t ever buy coffee in Starbucks.Update:The customer service contacted me promptly after I left a review and make their best to change my mind. The money was returned to me, and additionally, they gave me little presents, to reduce my unsatisfactory. That is nice customer service -Thank you. For this, I will give you a better rating.But still! I do not go to Starbucks after all my experience with them and I'm not sure I'll ever go.
