A nice and cosy gym. It's not anything like the big fitness chains such se Form Factory or BBC. This is a small gym (3 rooms for exercise, reception, and locker room). Very classic. Not crowded.

V lednu nedostatecne vytopene. Diry ve strope ve sprchach, ale byva tu malo lidi... no chapu proc. Je to tak trochu skanzen, nejake renovace probehly, ale je to nedostatečné. Nablblé a spatne vytiskle cedule na kazdem rohu ilustruji jak je tato instituce vedena...

The equipment of the gym is suitable especially for body builders, not as many machines for cardio training. The changing rooms has seen a better days, but its not crowded and the lessons are of good quality. They offer cycling every day, then trx, fit box, power yoga, body form...

Jsem spokojený , personal a domluva na úrovni , je to sice malé, ale stačí , čisté sprchy , vše čistý jak má být. Nikdo si tam na nic nehraje po vlastních zkušenostech jako v jiným fitness . Proste za mě TOP!
