Had a great experience at the relaxdays spa. Clean and modern facilities, sauna options were great, etiquette was great and welcoming. Extremely good value. The sauna ceremony was really enjoyable my only dissatisfaction was that the house/electronic music played during the ceremony didn't suit the context so much.

I did not like that after the relaxing massage there were bruises on my back. The master did not warn in advance that he would use jars and bruises might remain. The massage time was less than it should be. They didn't provide disposable slippers.I liked the cleanliness of the salon.

A little bit too small in my opinion. I need more space. But good customer service, cool people, good energies and I feel comfortable and welcome there.

Enjoyable private sauna - reasonably priced.Good selection of drinks and refreshments available.I dropped a star as I didn't like how you could only top up an online account 1000czk at a time, despite treatments being around 850czk, which for tourists means you'll lose out. It might be possible to book direct with the spa to avoid this?

The place is amazing, well looked after, but when we booked the 2 relax massage they were different and we finished early aswell. The wellness zone is no swimsuit, so you had to walk in a towel and to use the sauna or ice bath, you had to be naked, mix as well,which we didn't know, i didn't find anything on the website saying about this, we had just the jacuzzi which we could use it wearing our swimsuit. I didn t get the idea of bed sheet not a bath robes as a cover. Other then that is was ok.
