Piece of eco- and social- responsible business and a joint Austrian-Czech venture. Their products are top notch, their business values are something to be admired (direct trading especially). Example how to take a ruin, restore and enhance it and then enhance the community around it. Tour is more of a commercial for the company itself however, the shop, café, garden and sightseeing terrace more than make up for it. Pleasant and friendly staff (local students?) all around and eager to help.

If you love herbs or just want to relax having a great coffee or tea, I warmly recommend.It's a nice place for relaxation. They also sell homemade cakes.

Very nice environment, a shop with a lot of quality herbs, spices and teas. Unfortunately, the tour was pretty boring and disappointing. There was only a short video and preview of the manufacture, nothing about the herbs themselves. I also expected it to be more factual, but it was providing only very basic and simplified statements.

Cheap touristic guide. English/ german/ czech talk. A lot of and big choice of herbs for kitchen or tea or what seeds you will need for consume.After all this,the choice of mixed tea sorts and cakes at the Terrasse is also a good choice . Friendly waitress/waiter..

A great place to visit while in Czech Republic. We did not get the tour (we arrived too late) but the staff was super nice and helpful in explaining how to book a tour in the future. They have a nice shop with their teas and spices and a cozy cafe where you can also drink their produce. It was a nice visit.
