Very friendly staff. Masseuse was excellent and well experienced. Highly professional and very nice environment. Got 90 minutes couple massage with wife and you realize what pampering oneself is when you are there .

Great massage place but overpriced

Real Thai therapy. For more than 10 years this is by far the best Thai/Indian therapy in Prague.

I request deep tissue here and the reception managed to book a session with a very strong therapist. After many hours of discovering Prague by foot, visiting planet zen was well needed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend Planet Zen if you need a proper massage.

I received a voucher as birthday gift last year, it was valid till end of May this year. And as this year I also got pregnant, my due due day was 16 May, I didn't have a chance to enjoy massage as my doctor recommended me to avoid any massages. So texted to Planet Zen, explained this and asked to extend my voucher for month or two, I will get a baby and within few weeks will come to enjoy the full body massage. And the answer was - NO. Recommendations I received were to come for pregnancy massage" (even though I mentioned that it is against what my doctor recommended to me) or give voucher to someone else... No compromises at all. I didn't expect such a non customer oriented feedback. Extension would not cost them a penny and I had a medical reason to ask for this not just - oops

I booked online because I thought it would make it easier, but I accidentally booked 2 separate massages rather than a 2 hour massage. The manager was unwilling to refund me or let me transfer it to another person. I had to return the next morning or lose my money. The massages were amazing. I wasn't used to this type of massage, but I enjoyed it. If you're an American, this might be a new experience for you, but it's worth it. I would recommend calling instead of going online.

Since they changed the location, quality of service has clearly dropped. Before all was perfect: facilities, massage, experience. This time, at the new hotel, it was different: 15 minutes delayed, waiting on the public bar of the hotel, during the massage the music dropped 3 times(while hearing the buzz of the speakers for 10-15minutes)..... No balance between quality and price.
