A grey cathedral. The cathedral is a wonderful example of gothic medieval architecture. You can walk around the entire structure, as it is located in the middle of the beautiful main square of the city. The interior has many lovely paintings and altars. The hanging central cross with mourning John and Maria’s is exceptional. You can climb the impressive tower for a far view of the area. Well worth a visit, which is free when we went there.

Really nice view of the city around. On a clear day expect to see very far.Low price for a rewarding view.The climb to the top is a lot and quite steep at some stops. Not really recommend for elder people. Take your time and enjoy the top.

Beautiful in its inside glass murals and paintings. And worth all the way upstairs to enjoy the view from the tower.

The inside of the church isn't anything special, but the tower is definitely worth the climb and admission costing only a couple of euro. It's the tallest tower in Czechia and offers stunning views overlooking Plzens historical city center. Dogs not welcome.

Visited before Xmas and impress by church with Gothic architecture.It's main and has highest clock town in Czech.And also lucky to meet weekend market.May see all kinds of local food and desert.Also must try the hot red wine with fruit/flower.There're accessories and handicraft.Good luck to find one that you may interested.Glad to visit.Recommended!!

A beautiful church located in the city square. Highly recommend stopping by and taking a look around, it's very well maintained and preserved. We sat and had lunch on the outskirts of the block, it's a beautiful view from the outside too. There are little markets around the outside on the weekends for shopping, souvenirs, trinkets, and snacks.

The view at the top is stunning. The climb is well worth it if you are able. There are quite a few steps, and a lot of the staircases are very steep. Definitely take breaks if you need to. Be mindful of your head, the ceiling is low in some places. It costs 1 euro or I think 20 kc to go all the way up.
