Utterly jerks! I asked to replicate two existing keys at home they appeared to both wrong. A place to ignore, to avoid and to forget. A zero star rating would be more appropriate.

The BEST shoe repair shop in Prague run by a true pro. Especially if you have expensive shoes that you've paid 600+ Euros a pair these guys are experts on taking care of your precious leather goods. I believe they can even make you custom shoes from their sheets of leather. Their service is top quality so the prices for their service is proportional, but you get what you pay for... ;)

This was a complete disaster. Don't believe what they post on Instagram! Their 'deep cleaning' actually means dyeing. My shoes remained just as dirty after their cleaning and the cost for soles is a whopping 1600 CZK... If I had known they were actually going to dye them, I would have never handed my shoes over. I genuinely don't understand how they can still be in operation. Do yourself a favor and don't go there! It's a scam. I was unfortunate to fall for it, but I hope others won't make the same mistake. Truly disappointing!

Indifferent service verging on rude. Incompetent assessment of the required repair and an extortionate estimate (Prague, plus ca change). Steer clear of this one.....

Incompetent service, low quality material (e.g. ever you ever heard of sexagon soles?!), really high price, arrogant workers. They successfully managed to set the lowest standard ever wrt every dimension. Strongly suggested not to go there. If you really are so desperate to go, take at least good pictures of your shoes before, because they will use every excuse for avoid responsibilities after they managed your shoes.

The work they did on toes of my sneakers was absolute disaster. Whoever did this should be a butcher. Particles of glue all over the toe, the shape of the toes is absolutely ruined. Right and left don't even look the same anymore. I have also payed 500 crowns for this poor job in advance, which is completely overpriced. Stay away from this place.

I went in to drop off my shoe for cleaning. It was over 800 ck and it was basically a wipe and go kinda service they did. They don’t wash shoe laces. Upon pickup the bottom of the shoes was still dirty, when I asked they said we don’t clean the bottom.I’m sorry what? Lol overall it was a Overpriced for something I could wipe it myself. I just wanted it to be all clean. Bottom inside laces and all.Ended up with washing shoe laces myself. They seem good with other services, but don’t come here if you want cleaning

This olace is simply overpriced. For a repair here, you might be getting a new pair of shoes. Simple advice. Go elsewhere. ;)
