Extremely dirty, you have to clean up table for yourself after previous customers, they are not bothered with it.On top of that toilets locked and accessible only if you have PIN code written on the check. Of course you can’t predict that and they do not give you check if you do not ask explicitly.I won’t complain about overpriced everything, that’s expected, but at least it should not be dirty and there should be a WC.

Always consistent and yummy regardless of where you are in the world. This store has a very small main floor but has really nice seating and a lot of it downstairs. They have clean bathrooms but a code is required and the code is printed on the receipt. They also have good, open wifi.

With so many great local coffee shops, why anyone would pay for overpriced chain coffee is beyond me. This branch just as any other Starbucks ticks the boxes for overpriced, look-at-me, I-go-to-Starbucks experience plus the added bonus of being at an always busy noisy tram stop. If you like to savor quality, reasonably priced coffee in peace... do not come here.

Went to Starbucks after quite a long time and I wasn’t quite sure of what to get, friendly staff helped me out with picking just the right coffee and a hot chocolate for my friend :) I was a bit nervous about taking up too much of her time but she remained quite professional. Lovely experience!

Is it normal that the place closes 20min before official closing time? When making them aware they even turned off the light. Never again. What a bad way to end the year.

Nice starbucks near the city center with the usual selection of coffee and small shop of merchandise. It has extra seating in the underground floor.

A/C and much more seating downstairs. Open on Sundays! It's full of expats- in one short visit, I heard English, Korean, Spanish and German.

I had an apple pie, a slice of a banana bread and a matcha latte.I didn't like the matcha latte much this time, it had a strange taste but the rest of the things were very delicious.The apple pie was not too sweet and was made of delicious apples. The banana bread was really good as well.

We came to Prague so early so we headed to whatever place is open but we come across amazing two baristas who are very friendly and they provide us such a good service at that early hour. Coffee was also so good. I highly recommend this place.
