Well equipped gym in a good location, which is probably why it’s so insanely crowded- I spent 10 minutes waiting for free space in changing room and when I got to the training area, I found crowd of people circling around hoping for a free spot. After 20 minutes on treadmill I just left. It’s a shame, the gym looks good

Has All equipment for any needed workout but not all kind of machines, machines some of them a bit old, some lockers dont have the hanger where you can setup your lock, i would say when it is crowded it is not good because space is small.Sauna is good.Some staff are friendly and welcoming some just do their job.

Great gym - clean, big locker rooms. Tons of barbells + dumbbells + machines for weightlifting. Lots of cardio equipment and class rooms as well. You can get a free 1 day trial pass if you’re visiting Prague or want to test before a full membership.

Very good overall but lacks a lot in the gym equipment and layout.Good: Great atmosphere, multisport access is amazing. Brightly lit. Great facilities, sauna, spin class rooms etc. changing rooms are good etc.Bad:I could write an essay but i dont want to complain. Hopefully its constructive and might elicit a positive change (If someone in charge reads and agrees).The layout was made by an idiot. Everything is in the way of everything. A quick walk around will make that obvious.Only 2 squat racks. At peak hours i counted about 100 people in the gym. And only 2 squat racks.!More squat racks, more benches and more plates are needed. All of which can be added if the layout is fixed.

Been going to this place for 6 months now and like it quite a lot. It is no way perfect but much better than many gyms I have been to. Few things they can fix1. Locker room locks are flaky and many are broken.2. Sometimes air conditioning can feel stuffy

I visited this particular gym after 10 years and it was just disgusting . It used to be a premium club with towel service, refreshment bar, pool and appealing motivational atmosphere, with engaged staff ready to give you guidance. They have not invested in the place a single crown for at least a decade. The whole place is just not welcoming at all, it is totally worn down and outdated, with the reception staff with no interest whatsoever. I attended a group class which was ok. The only reason I will probably come again to the group class is Multisport card entry and the fact I live right next door and don’t have to drag a gym bag with me or commute. Overall a sad sad story.

This place is... Meh. Not enough info on the website, staff isn't helpful even though there isn't many people in the queue. I said I was there the first time and the receptionist didn't said anything helpful. It is a factory with all the negatives. Get in, do your thing, get out. We don't care about you. There are many others that will come. Acceptance of Multisport cards and locality is what keeps the boat floating.You can't pay for a sheet for the sauna, you just need yours if you want one. That's just stupid.

Great gym for a tourist / traveler. 350 kr for a day pass so not the cheapest but it’s quite large, well supplied with a lot of machines, barbells and free weights, as well as a sauna / pool (which I did not use). Large locker room and showers (bring your own lock or get one there) and while it was fairly busy even mid day on a week day, it was friendly and never hard to find a machine or spot moving around the options.For first time visitors: it’s down the little alley and up the stairs.

Decent gym with full access and no registration required when visiting with Multisport card. Mind you need your own lock for the changing lockers (you can borrow one for 30 CZK at the reception). Equipment is okay, place does get busy after 5pm on workdays, wellness can get very crowded.
