Great Pizza, poor delivery service. Today 21.12.2022 had a pizza delivered with Drink (Coca Cola). Courier gave me the Pizza and right away was leaving. I asked him where my Coke was. He asked if it was me that ordered it, I said yes. I looked at the receipt he gave me just in case and there it was Coke 1l already paid. He looked at me like he doesn't know what to do and I asked him to return with the Coke, he said yes and off he went. It has been 4 hours already so yeah I am not ordering pizza again from Dominos, not because the pizza is bad, but because of the delivery guy that completely ignored me.Good job mate.

I don't know why people are hating on Domino's... Yes, it's not a Neapolitan type of pizza, but it doesn't even claim to be one. I like it. It's fluffy, it's crispy and tasty. I'll give 4* only for the terrible website, very small delivery area and somewhat still confused and slow staff. I'll revise my review later and update it accordingly.

For me, as a big fan of the Domino's in London UK, I was left baffled by how different is the branch here in Brno.First of all, it has a different menu selection, some things are the same but some are criminally omitted like the Farmhouse.Secondly, no STUFFED CRUST option, which was basically my must have for every pizza back in UK, for example cheese, hot dog in mustard, hot dog in BBQ etc. The sides options are lacking in offerings too.Thirdly, just TWO base options, so no Double Decadence base here either. And also surprisingly the signature Domino's Garlic&Herb dip is not included for free with pizza nor available to purchase. I mean, what?Lastly the taste just wasn't the same, it was okay but do not expect this to be the same as Domino's in the UK. It's serviceable, but bland. At least the amount of main toppings was great and they didn't cheap out on us. There are definitely better pizzas for your money and indulgence in Brno. At the end, given that this is a newly opened branch, I am willing to come back if they fix some of the things I have mentioned.P.S. :And don't even get me started on the fact that Two for Tuesday (2 pizzas for price of 1) doesn't exist in this Domino's Brno nor any other pizzeria in Brno. For cryin out loud why they keep diss.....

Last time I ordered from them I received a coupon because my order was 45 min late. Fair enough. The coupon was for free Cinna Bites. Today I wanted to order again and apparently you cannot use their usual deal coupons along with what I received. That was not my biggest disappointment tough. When I added the code, I saw that it was for Bread bites, instead of Cinna bites...

Ok pizza but nothing special. We had hawai and pepperoni. Pepperoni one was better.There are much better pizza restaurants in Brno ( check out Doe boy" and "Rud's Pizza" )"

Your delivery estimates are disappointing, third time ordering from you and we’ve either had to cancel or fight through the hunger and wait for our cold pizza because of the delay. In all instances you never bothered to contact us to inform of the delay until we called you. Your lil system checker indicates the pizza is prepared and done within 10mins of ordering but it will take 50years for Honza to check the quality and another 60years for Petr to deliver it . Seriously

This has to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Pizza was absolutely bland without any flavor and hardly any ingredients. Even messed up my order and included “breadsticks” which weren’t even seasoned but rather only coated in flour. Completely inedible. Absolutely disgusting experience and I’ll never make the mistake of ordering from them again. Absolutely criminal to consider this pizza
