DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!I had the worst recent experience. I had a slammed door with the key inside the lock on the inside side of the apartment. The locksmith tried to open the door with a flat peace of plastic and as he was unsuccessful, he accused me of being a lier saying that ‘I locked the door from the outside and lost the key’, even though you could totally see through the hole that the key was inside! He also didn’t trust that I lived there and asked for the signed rent contract that of course I didn’t have on me cause I don’t carry it with me everyday and was inside the apartment. So at the end he didn’t help at all, was very rude and even charged me 600 CZK!!!!I ended up calling another company and they opened the door easily without breaking the system.

I left the key inside the lock on the other side and I couldn’t open. On a Friday evening I was expecting this to take few hours.Called them. They came in 15 min, open the door in 1-2 min. Unbelievable.Big thank you, I will keep the phone for any future emergency.P.S: They speak fluent English

The specialist arrived in 20 minutes after the call. Perform the procedure very carefully without any damage to the door and lock. My strong suggestion if you ever appear in such situation.
