Dear Kaufland,Today was my last shopping at your store.I spend probably 100 of thousands of Kc at this shop.I’m 33 years old, 2 kids and the old lady at the cashier wanted my ID, well sorry since I’m using your app for my shopping, and since I can pay with my phone, I usually take only my phone for the groceries.I had a scan of my ID but NO NO not enough! How come that in 5 years I didn’t have a single issue to purchase alcohol and today it was a big firm no?If this is how you treat your customers, I’ll give my money to Rohlik and Albert where I never had a single issue with ID’s !

Sometimes, they do not have full portfolio that is offered in the newsletter. Otherwise, always you can find an empty parking lot close to the entrance.
