The atmosphere was gloomy, there was a lack of an English menu, and the wait time was excessive. We ordered a vegetarian pizza in the evening. However, we woke up the next morning suffering from an upset stomach and bouts of vomiting. We've had good experiences with Pizza Hut in the past, but we do not recommend this particular Pizza Hut restaurant.

I tried their vegan pan pizza today and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the place is next to the train station. However, the seats/tables were not cleaned well.

Pizza Hut Praha Vodičkova
I arrived to Prague late and this was one of the restaurants that was still open. I should have known better but I was hungry and tired. I ordered a small pizza and there might have been 2 or 3 people who ordered ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When it arrived, it was completely mediocre and way overpriced for what it was. Totally not worth it.

I visited this outlet on 7th of April and had the most horrible experience ever. Rude servers and a wrong order were just the tip of the iceberg.The fries were so salty it felt as though the potatoes were a mere garnish. Pizza was below average with horrid preparation. After a long wait my order was cancelled without it being delivered to me, on complaining that I never received it the servers rudely prepared it and shoved it towards me. Not to mention, the extremely poor hygiene at the outlet. There were no gloves in site. My garlic bread was picked up by bare hands and literally thrown into the oven and pulled out just as ruthlessly.If I could give a negative number of stars I would. 0/5. Would never recommend. Save yourself some trouble and eat stale bread instead.

The place was nice and all, but the guys who make the pizza didn't use gloves or anything.The atmosphere was also quite lacking I think.It was also quite expensive for a pizza I think 250kc for a medium pizza.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the food that I received from your restaurant. I recently ordered a fresh pizza for pick up, but was very disappointed to find that it was served cold and lacked the freshness that I was expecting from Pizza Hut. Additionally, the chicken wings I ordered were also very cold.As a loyal customer, I expect the food to be fresh and of good quality, especially when I order it fresh and pick it up right away. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, and I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
