We had some issues regarding a package that we ordered to EasyBox, and the staff was so helpful and caring, that eventually we were able to sort things out.Thanks to their help, especially to the kindness and patience of Verca, we were able to get our tent and stuff. Great selection and price range, however every time I go there, none of the employees even makes an eye contact. I would not call them rude, but they obviously have a little interest in customer.
