The experience with the sales representative was very good. Our visit and the overall experience was very comfortable.

Bought a VW CC with them. upon the purchase i was ensure by the team at Davocar that the car was a service car for them and never had any issues, accidents, etc. Trusting the selling team and as renowned as Davocar is i bought the car only to find out that the car was involved not in on, not two but 3 accidents. The car was sold for 400k. This people cannot be trusted, they are liars only to make the sell. You guys should be shame of yourself for lying to people that have families to take care and are investing and trusting on your services and product. Disgusting people you are with no respect for others whatsoever.

A disappointing car dealership, the buyer found a problem with the headlights, and the staff told me to come back next Monday after get off work, and they will take care of it! As a result, they told me next week that this is a second-hand car and not a new car, which is a normal wear and tear, and a new headlight will cost 100,000 czk! If I had told me on the day I bought the car, I would not have bought it at all. It is full of fraud and shirking responsibility, and overcharged 3900czk for quality assurance testing. I don’t know what they tested. Seeing how low Google’s rating is, I hope others can pay attention !

First contact was done by Davocar callcenter agent (based on my sbazar marketplace post, offering well equipped and maintained Octavia 3 L&K) who tried to persuade me to visit their company for car inspection (no, I don't have time for this), and after my rejection, agent offered inspection of the car at my home by their technician. Technician arrived in time, inspected the car and asked me about my expected selling price, then told me he will get in touch later that day with Davocar price offer.Later that day, we agreed on final price over phone, and since then, all went exactly as we agreed (contract draft+signature > bank money transfer + government paperwork > car pickup by another Davocar representative).So my first experience with selling my used car to car dealership Davocar was really good. My original intent was to sell to private buyer (as I did many times before), but Davocar acted quickly, professionally and made my Sell old Skoda for nice price" quest really quick and smooth.P.S.: Other car dealerships called too

Very professional sales and customer support service. Overall, it took less then two hours to buy the car, get the insurance and drive away. Call center support in English also available.Quality of car I got is another story and I suggest to the potential buyers to insist on having a car check done by DavoCar workshop, which I did not do and ended up spending half of vacation in the workshops of Czecha, Croatia, ....

I visit their petrol tank regularly and I like it - very polite and helpful staff, lot of goods, LPG, electricity for e-cars, very good prices, great coffee. Personally I miss CNG.

Never come to this marketplace!I offered my car for a sell, they called me another day and told me that they respect the price and asked me to come.Their place is roughly 1 hour from Prague (where I live).I came another day (keeping in mind that they respect the price, which was 360’000 CZK) and they welcomed me and asked to wait, appx 35-40 mins while taking into account that I was one of the first customers for them that day.After the review they told me that everything is fine and asked me to wait another 15-20 mins.Then, manager told me that his boss called him and told that they “just bough on auction many similar to mine cars” and,hence, they can only offer 280’000 CZK instead of 360’000CZK!!!Just to save your time - avoid this place.

Well the staff was good and we got the help we needed but the price offered for my car i want to sell was very less and it was calculated according to 70% profit margin which was way too much and would leave seriously nothing in hands of seller as he will receive very less money. Well i am no one to tell and I know and understand this is the business process in car business but already i believe they should buy a car from any seller as per the market value and should offer decent price and deal. Well in my case, my car was having everything and the only thing was it is 15 years old but she still moves like a new car and she is soft. The profit margin can be gained from the cars with Higher prices not at least with lower price and older vehicles.

Everything you'd expect from the used car dealer. Shady practices, horrific quality and excellent salesmanship! I test drove an SUV and check engine light popped up. The salesman acted so surprised! They deleted it and car is ready to go! Never again!
