Ramada Prague City Centre

Pros: The location and the breakfast was good.Cons: You will hear a noise of fan running when turning on the a/c. No cooling at all, but a not-so-fresh smell. We had to open the windows for sleeping this summer as that was far better than the A/C.2 Lifts to be taken to go to the second floor. Its like changing platforms in metro stations.

I honestly surprised why the rating is not more , we stayed in this hotel , the location is fantastic, the breakfast is so good and enough for you to start the day good , the rooms are spacious and clean , I had an amazing time in the city and the hotel location made it so easy to explore, the staff in the hotel is so helpful and friendly , and on top of that if you looking to explore Prague , they have all the tours and they do all the bookings for you , it made our life easier.I will for sure come back to the hotel

Very clean rooms, a lot of option to eat for breakfast. Easy checkin and out, nice receptionists.

Good hotel and service is not so good every hotel gave water complementary but they didn't nothing.

The location is great. Buzzy area and close to the main train station. Breakfast was good. Tasty and good selection. But the room we had was not what it looked like on the website. Old, dated, small. This hotel occupies several buildings, you need to know which one before taking a lift up to your room. The reception area is really small, easy to pass by and not find the place. However the staff was really pleasant helping us with queries as where to eat. It does get booked up. We couldn't renew and had to find another hotel. Judging by our room, i would say, don't expect much.

Unfortunatly, the staff was very unfriendly and makes us pay more than we were supposed to based on some very unrealistically high exchange rate. This ruined the trip for me.

Rooms were clean, bath was clean and big enough. Location is good. Breakfast is amazing. Like it. We could kept the bags back in the hotel for several hours even after leaving the hotel. Recommending

Apart from location there is nothing good to mention, booked standard double room and got twin bed room, I even got excuse from the reception that there is no staff member in hotel except me So I can't do anything now"Would highly recommend to look for alternative unless you were getting room in this hotel for dirt cheap price.I had booked room through check24 and they simply didn't do anything. Avoid them as well."

The location of this hotel is why I give it a generous rating of 4 stars. It's in the middle of a boulevard, close to both metro stations and tram stops. The national museum is worth a visit and it's just 2 minutes away on foot.The staff does their job but that's about it. No smile, no greetings and very little attention to the clients.The rooms are OK, I stayed at room 105. Just one floor up. The bathroom was clean and the bed had fresh white linens. The TV is small and only BBC for foreigners to watch. Some light fixtures was broken and the table was wonky but my fixed it free of charge.Our AC stopped working in auto mode but some tinkering made it start again.The floor heating in the bathroom is very nice in the morning.4/5 stars. Location is king.

Location is great but this is not a 4* . Needs a good refurbishment as it is old. Clean but not up to today standards for a Ramada hotel. The duvet were single and small even for one person. No socket near the bed to charge phone. Old small tv without international/English channels. Very disappointed that I had to pay for a toothbrush. No complimentary water in the room. Breakfast very good though.It is a decent 3* but dont expect anything extraordinary just because it is a Ramada. My room had a weird sound coming from the desk and some “burning” smell. Nice view from window
