Very highly rated BMW seller. I have very good experiences with Mr. Cmiral. However I have couple bit negative points with regards to service. In overall I do recommend.

I went there with my non existing Czech language skills and had a hard time buying winter wheels for my car. Comparing to well organized BMW stores in Germany it was a strange but even more expensive experience. Employees should all speak at least a little English to explain where to go and to wait for what.

I can't recommend this BMW service. They rejected to make check of the car BMW 520d xDrive within BMW EUROPLUS Garantie. They asked to pay for the service even the car was covered with the guaranty. I had to drive to the BMW service in Austria, where the repair was done professionally and for free on guaranty.

Antiquated system and unfriendly service. We service 60 cars per day so we can't be so flexible... " What a bad customer approach. Become flexible or lose your customers because it is all about service."

I came with one broken thing in my car, asking them to fix it. They took the car to the service, and returned after one hour saying “here is your bill, we didn’t fix anything because we don’t have the necessary parts in stock” and required to pay for the diagnostics. I didn’t need diagnostic without fixing the car, I have eyes and hands and able to see the car does not work without your extremely expensive diagnostics.

Absolutely awful dealer!I was twice here (once at the middle of working day and second time at the end) - nobody wants to sell the cars! No sellers at all, who can support you! Even, if you have time agreement - the same situation

If your BMW was produced before 2005, don't go in there. I'm sure they have excellent protocols for newer models but they simply don't know how to work with older models, even if the parts are still produced by BMW. It felt like they actually don't like their older models anyway, which is a bit sad as old BMWs are really charming.
