Great cigar bar/ lounge and very friendly and helpful staff. Humidor was well stocked with Cubans and the 8 year old Havana rum was a great pairing. I will definitely be back to invest my time in a quality cigar in great surroundings.Thank you ladies…

Very nice and rich environment. Great selection of Cuban cigars and Rum. Nice smoking room but the lighting is terrible. Bare bulbs, bright white (6000k), in center of a high ceiling with no dimmers. Would be better with floor or table lamps and warm light (2900k)

Beautiful shop in an old house, looks and feels the way LCDH should - tradition and class; the selection of Habanos products and accessories is very good. Two girls that worked there were very professional, polite and knowledgable about their portfolio. I didnt go to lounge because i didnt have the time, but i would definitely recommend to atleast visit this Casa

One of the best casas i‘ve been in (was in around 10 in Europe). They have a really good humidor and the smoking lounge is also perfect. Maybe a little bit too climatized when you go there in the summer and have that temperature jump but I wouldn’t decrease the stars because of it. Service was really fast and focused. Didn’t disturbed or something. Really how I like it. Would come back!Only bad thing I could tell you: bring some zip bags when you want to buy some sticks and you plan to stay a few days away from your humidor. They won’t vacuum it or zip it to keep the humidity and prevent dryness. Only option was to order a habanos zip bag for almost 90 crones (around 4€) where I could fit 1 of 2 boxes in.

Very rude service! I went in looking for specific cigars for my boyfriend. When I asked about these cigars and what kind of options/prices they had, the woman seemed very annoyed that I was causing her to do her job. After I called my boyfriend to tell them what she had she made a comment saying that I need to hurry up and make up my mind because she had to do inventories. Also, they didn’t have any of the cigars I was looking for except Romeo y Julieta which they only had few options for. Also overpriced

Small but excellent selection & variety. I see why the woman at the service counter gets some bad reviews -- she started off a bit abrupt. But as I talked to her, she warmed up and was unbelievably helpful and patiently answered millions of questions (necessary because I am from the U.S., can't get Cubans there, and so I knew almost nothing about many of their cigars). Bonus: She was from Cuba. Extra bonus: There is a beautiful well-appointed cigar lounge there, complete with wifi and, shall we say, your beverage of choice.""

Got 2 x cigars from here had a good collection of cigars reasonable prices service was ok , both cigars i purchased were very dry and hard when smoking to get a good draw on. Staff polite.

What a shame. La Casa del Habano is not just a cigar shop it is a brand and to be honest this store was a disappointment. The stock is fine as Prague has a good stock of cigars but why spend money somewhere you are unwelcome? We smoke cigars for the element of community and hobby and it is important that we maintain this regardless of our age or race. I hope that this incident was a one off but I wont be returning and I suggest you take your money to House of Churchill down the road (for a marginally better experience).

I've visited La Casa del Habano locations all over Europe and this one was dissapointing to say the least. Based on the state of the cigars in the humidor, I am uncertain whether they have a humidification system or if it has been broken for some time? I was prepared to purchase two boxes of some of my favorites and the store had a Great selection of cigars, unfortunately none were in a state I would consider purchasing.
