The place is beautiful, but that's all. Of course overpriced, the waiters are not nice, they were making lots of mistakes by other tables too while I was there, and the quality of the food and cakes is avarage.I wouldn't recommend. But I am happy to see, that most of the people had good opinion about the place.

amazingly beautiful cafe with a great selection of sweets and cakes. the atmosphere was cozy and elegant, the waiters made your visit a lot better with their welcoming vibe. the carrot cake and the chocolate cake really made the difference. decoration was breathtaking and the visit to the toilet made you want to book a stay in the hotel.

Been to this cafe 8 years ago and really wanted to come back. The meringue cake with strawberries and mascarpone was divine. Really like the black Forrest cake as well. We had three rounds of desserts :) Great atmosphere with friendly service! Come spend an hour or two when you visit Karlovy Vary!

Cafe Pupp is prices caffe in city but very nice staff, beautiful atmosphere. The Pupp cake was delicious and same story with hot chocolate with crema. Becher Spritz was amazing too.

Beautiful coffee place and also the only place where I could find lactose free/plant based milk options. Not only it’s incredibly cosy and the space is very nicely decorated, the drinks and food are of an incredible quality. If you go to karlovy vary make sure you have a stop here.
