Wellness Hotel Babylon

A huge hotel part of even bigger complex with a lot of attractions.The hotel itself is decent but has some flaws as well.They even have mini zoo inside.A/C in the room is not working too good.It is also very annoying how the restaurant is so big and nice but they didn’t allow me to take my coffe to the room.

We had two rooms next to each other. Hotel with its facilities is super complicated with many elevators going only to some places. Some elevators were working with access chip others were not.There is not a good option for dining/lunch. Breakfast was included in price and was good. For dining and lunch we were in Nostalgia which was quite good for pizza and other Italian cuisine but service was pretty reactive - we have to ask to order, we were waiting long for food.All the -1 floor where various entertainment is - pool, iqpark, restaurants - was all three days smelling from freshly painted colours and smell was not going anywhere.Iqpark and Iqlandia, which were included in package, were really fun and kids love it. Zoo which was part of the package as well is ok at best. No reasonable healthy food there - just fried cheese or similar.Yeah, and pool was really full of chlorine. Somewhere I read reaction from hotel that this is because guests don't shower enough before entering to pool. I've never experienced such high amount in other places and I doubt there are such special guests going to this pool.Overall I'd not recommend going there with kids for more than iqpark and iqlandia.

The hotel is very big. We went during the 1st week of May. It was very crowdy. I had to park on 5th floor (be prepared that the parking is very tight if you have a bigger car). The hotel is okay. Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable and well muted from other rooms. The breakfast is okay, a big variety of choices but the opening window is too short, what makes crowds...The attractions in the package are making the visit super cool for whole family for entire 2 days.

I am satisfied with all. A very big plus are all other services and attractions that are in one big complex building.I recommend it.

Best place to spend your weekend with your kids. Centrum Babylon is connected with the hotel and you don’t have to go out once you get in to the hotel, everything is inside.

Great place. Slightly dated but still very enjoyable. It did not feel soulless which is rare these days.Firstly you notice that the car park and spaces are way too small. If you wish to keep your car in decent condition, you will need 2 spaces.Everything is indoors but you have to spend a lot of time walking to lifts situated in the most obscure places.The rooms were comfortable and decent value. Clean and tidy with enough towels.You can borrow robes from reception but must leave a deposit. Highly recommended if you are going to swim.The swimming area is the highlight. Really good with a nice children's area. The water is deeper than normal for the toddlers so you have to be vigilant.The pool has many areas and the water is okay.IQ Land was great. There is something for all children and adults.The indoor play area was nice but dated and some parts look tired.Overall worth visiting and the kids will love it. 2 day stay is recommended if you wish to enjoy the activities.Finally. Restaurant. Went to the Italian pizzeria. The service was incredibly slow leaving me having to go the bar to order things. It was under staffed but our waitress was slow, friendly but slow. The meals were good and presented well. Could do with more choice for children. They have veggie options.

One of my best trips! Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, tasty breakfasts! And wellness zone is out of this space!!!

Unfortunately have to leave a bad review for a couple of reasons.Check in took an hour, by far the most I’ve ever had in any hotel worldwide. I had to cancel plans because it took soo long.Somebody also entered my room during my final morning as well which woke me up. Pretty unacceptable on a one night stay.Ruined what could have been a nice stay.

I must honestly say I was torn between three or four stars. The location is easy to find, the hotel and everything that belongs to it is well decorated and had good quality. The food is good too. I personally think that the waterparks close to early and if you have a room at the street, you will not get the rest you might need. Another thing is the AC, its either to warm or to cold.We visited the hotel twice, the first time was great, the second time we got a little bored and were looking for entertainment else where.
