I came to the cashier to pay in cash, said that I needed to take it with me, they gave me a glass of thanks, what should I do with it on the road if they give Pepsi in cans at other FSCs, I tried to explain to the girl what I have with me and I don’t need a glass she didn't understand me. then they just handed it to me without the slightest packet. Although there was an order for a milkshake in front of me and the tube was put in a bag. so then what kind of order should be so that you would be given the entire set of services. It's the first time in my life that I write a negative comment. well today the service was 0

It's a beautiful KFC with a great interior design and a fantastic outside area. There aren't as many people because of its distant location, which is always enjoyable. The KFC is easy to access with the main road right next to it as well as a tram stop. They also offer a drive-thru, which is nice.

Rude. When I first arrived, I said “I’d like to order takeout.” The cashier glared at me and said something in Czech. I repeated it again and she scoffed at me and said something in Czech again. She started speaking to the manager behind her like she was talking about me. The manager said “she doesn’t speak English. You can order with me.” The cashier was so rude that I decided to just not order and go home. She could’ve at least smiled or acted nicer even if she couldn’t understand.

It's 50/50 with deliveries, maybe you get the full order maybe not.. Then you have to wait more than 1 hour just for th missing food!

The colonel would be disgraced. I don’t know how you can screw up fried chicken- but they do! If you’re expecting the yummy crispy fried chicken of North America, or Russia, you will not find it here. Fries were undercooked as well. Rude cashiers. We asked “English prosim?” And the teen behind the register responded “ya, I speak English. Duh, we all do. It’s magic”

Missing self service kiosks. French fries served undone, only good to throw them in trash, but it is same as all KFC in Czech Republic. Otherwise standard KFC quality.

Chicken was seasoned very well and food was hot. The cashier was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. Only thing is, you have to pay extra if you want any dipping sauce. I git the sweet and sour sauce, I definitely reccomend it!
