I had my colour done plus haircut in Karlin. Unfortunately the result of the colour was exactly what I didn't want, so yellow/orange blond, warm instead of cold tones. I specifically showed the image of blond I wanted and I explained very clearly. The cut of hairs was very bad and I have to go somewhere now to correct it. The washing of the hair was harsh and products used, made my hairs so dry. I will not come back and I do not recommend.

Unfortunatlly the price list by booking is very difrent. I paid 50% more than I was informed about price (by booking price was 2000 kruna, duration 2.5h, reality 3000 kruna, duration 2h).. As I did not have enough Cash and they didnt accept credit card I was informed about ATM close by, which I paid commison 7 euro. Overpriced.

My favourite coiffeur in Prague: quick, easy, honest feedback (if you dare) and affordable. Atmosphere is also nice and welcoming and so is the music. They even have some magazines in English and dogs are allowed as well.All of the staff is nice, charming and skilled. However I highly recommend you to ask for Damir!You can make easily appointments online which I highly recommend.

Damir is AMAZING he is my new hair angel <3 <3 <3 <3 after trying 4 different hairdressers in Prague to work with, he is the only one who really understood what I wanted. He is also quite an expert - he gave me so many suggestions of what to do, which products to use (he loves oil :D) and he even took time to show me how to work with my natural curls as opposed to straightening it each time. I'm soo happy, thank you Damir you are really my hair angel!

I got a hair cut by Pavel. The hair cut was rushed and I feel he did not listen to what I was saying. He cut my hair way to short and I am now left with a completley different hair style then what I asked for. The washing of the hair was rushed and quite harsh. It felt like being washed with sandpaper on my scalp. He never asked about the temperature of the water which was very cold. The salon had clear signs of wear and tear and was not very clean. I will not come back.

Terrible experience! Do not go to this place ever!!! I asked for more highlights as I already had a beautiful blonde balayage, the hairdresser left my hair orange and covered with brown pigment, I lost all my balayage and ended up with a damaged hair.Terrible!Terrible!They claim themselves “artists” they do not know how to do a simple de coloration, I left the place and didn’t wait for haircut I was terrified with the unprofessional results, now I am roaming the city looking to fix the terrible work they did.DO BOT CONSIDER GOING HERE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST!

Pavel did an amazing job. Very friendly and accommodating. He made sure to check in through out the session to be sure he was cutting it the way I wanted. I walked out feeling very confident and happy with my cut. I'll be returning for a touch up.

I had a man's haircut with Pavel and the result was shocking unprofessional and poor quality. Everything was in such a rush and in many places he left with uncut hair length. Unfortunately, I'm forced to find a better place that will fix his work. I wish I can get my money back. Worst place I ever visited in Prague so far.
