The place is nice and it is in the center of the city. The food is nice as well, a bit more pricey though.The service was slow and not the most polite. Overall it is a good place, with a good location.

A must-visit hidden gem of a restaurant. We have randomly stumbled upon this bistro while taking a walk in our neighbourhood and came back a couple more times thank to our amazing experience there. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the staff gives this bistro a warm, cozy feel. The food is delicious and quickly served and even though you do not get a long menu to choose from, you will usually find multiple good options in there. Definitely swing by for a lovely dinner date or night out with friends.

Warm beer , ok service, overcooked potatoes with the eggs, and canned cream with the key lime pie. Not their best day. New servers I think

I had great brunch in Martin’s Bistro, I had scrambled eggs with potatoes and they were perfect. After the food I ordered macchiato coffee it was also really great.Also Alex is very attentive and helpful.

Definitely a great place for a date night. Cozy and small bistro in Vinohrady. There's a small selection of meals to choose from and they change on weekly base. Everything we had was very delicious, well prepared and served. It's also possible to sit at the bar. I definitely recommend Martin's Bistro for a date night and for any special occasion. Definitely something new and different in the area. Well done!

Small but perfect restaurant; limited menu but covers all the bases and everything is delicious. They do a few cocktails but the spirits selection is relatively impoverished; no matter though, everyone drinks the wine anyway so I'm guessing that's also pretty good (and this is not a big enough quibble to dock any stars). Service is friendly, relatively young, yet very capable. Highly recommended.

Looking for a great place for a date night? This is it. Martin’s is a small restaurant with tables for two or four as well as a bar. Only one waitress and a bartender typically serve guests. The menu, which changes every now and then, offers a small selection of very well-prepared delicious items from quality ingredients, indicating the thought and attention that goes into preparing each meal. In addition, there’s good wine to accompany the meals (or cocktails if you’re into that). The desserts are really tasty too and it’s easy to choose because there’s usually only one or two options! Expect to pay some 200 to 300 CZK for a meal.

Super cozy bistro with friendly staff and high quality foods! I went here with my husband on our first trip to Prague. It was recommended by our lodging host and being that it got good reviews online and wasn’t far, we figured why not! We called to make a booking a couple hours before. We went around 7:30 on a Saturday evening. When we arrived there was only one table there. The restaurant is small with a bar and total of about thirty seats (bar included).I had often read that wait staff in Czech aren’t friendly or cheerful but at Martin’s it was quite the opposite! Our servers (we went twice in three nights) were both friendly, attentive and kind. The place has a very cozy and comfortable feel. Also clean bathrooms!With our two visits combined we pretty much chose everything on the menu! For the mains we ordered the chicken curry (nice flavor and good size bites), the shrimp and mushroom pasta (so good we ordered it twice-rich and delicious), lamb stew (uniquely light and perfectly seasoned), chicken wings (comes with ten, a salad and two sauces- we ordered these as an appetizer to share-great choice), and the lamb in hummus ( served with bread - lots of hummus but pairs nicely with the lamb and bread). My husband also ordered the potato soup which he liked, thinner than he’s used to but great taste. Also they have a nice drink menu. I had a ginger lemonade that was refreshing and just what I needed!!Prices are very affordable and the food quality just superb. Definitely recommend this spot if in Prague!!
