Absolutely shocking service, which went down to downright harassment, have raised a complaint with management and they seemed helpful, but have furthered the complaint to western union in the states. Due to a disagreement to cover the actions of their absolutely diabolical staff. Go somewhere else, Trust me.

Lost over $100 of commission fees over there. Not worth unless you desperately need to change cash. Note that a law amendment proposal is being handed over to the parliament: the effective date is not yet fixed. If it is approved in the parliament, then if anyone wants to roll back the currency exchange, they are entitled to do it within one hour after the transaction takes place, and provided the amount is below €1,000. I wish I had this option.

They have ~20% commision rate, so it's probably the worst exchange office in the city.They want to steal your money. I gave him 300PLN, should change to 1731CZK (this was the rate at the TV).He offers me 1381CZK :O

Legal tiefs!!! They change 100€ for 1834 czk the other exchange offices change 100€ for 2500 czk. BEWARE!!!! Shame on Prague... In my country national bank is controling the currency exchange commissions!!!

100% TRAPP! DONT EVER CHANGE YOUR MONEY HERE. ITS F*CKING PLACE. IN BOARD LIST EURO TO CK is 24.5 but just get 18.5 and with very small word commision 25%. Sorry for bad english. But just dont try change your money here. Fcking service and f*ck*ng deception

Absolute sham of a place! Why do they have higher exchange rate advertised on the window and then a much lower one when I go to change money? €250 should be 6300 CZK but instead I only got 4500?? So that's around 75 euro lost across a small exchange of €250Absolutely ridiculous, should be ashamed of themselves.
