Excellent service we came, from America and did not speak Czech, paweł The waiter helped translate and get us our food to our liking. Highly recommend this place for quality and Czech experience! By the way they have fresh beer from their brewery.

Good cafe. Located in the old part of the city, on the square. The service is very fast, friendly, high quality. The food is tasty, fast, good portions. Beer is excellent! I recommend!

Awful service. Waitress very unfriendly and unkind. There were free tables and they didn’t let us to accomodate. On one of the tables there was a reservation for 19:00 and it was 20:30and it was empty - she didn’t let us sit and she was very unfriendly saying that. Terrible approach to the client.

Nice location, food are average,nothing so special. coffee to. Waitress are very polite,professional. Everything is nice and clean. Nit the cheapest restaurant. But so much crowd and very loud people, it was so annoying to eat there. No one care for some normal tone of speaking in restaurant.

Great place with very nice service. Its Loft-style restaurant. Dishes are big and very good. Also they have their own Beer. Service wont let your beer run out. I do recomend this place. One of the best in Ostrava.

Not sure why this place has quite a low rating. Maybe we were just lucky, but we really enjoyed this experience.The only place that was crowded on Monday night, so we picked it randomly. The service (blond lady waitress) was fast and friendly. She spoke a little German. Beer was good, both classic and non-alco.All 4 dishes we ordered were wonderful. Chips with two sauces are made to order out of fresh potatos. Yum! My cheese marinated in beer was delicious on bread with butter and red onions. I recommend. Garlic soup and pickled sausage were also highly rated by my friend.Nice atmosphere, it's lively with good all time hits music. You should wait a little for the food, but it's worth it.
