Absolutely delicious Chinese food in the heart of Prague. This place is definitely a hidden gem and has a very hole in the wall feel. Highly recommend the kung pao chicken. I had the egg drop soup and it was very delicious! If you are near Prague 3 and you are looking for some delicious Chinese food, look no further. I look forward to trying to Kung Pao beef next time! The sauce they used for the duck was also very delicious. Must try if you live or work near this area. Prices are very affordable! I tried the fried apples as well! They were not super sweet but are definitely a unique dessert.

I visited the Chinese restaurant Tian Jin at 2147/32 Spojovaci str., Prague 3 at 1:30 p.m., when it was past lunchtime, the place was empty, I and one other gentleman were guests. I went here on purpose because I found the Švej-Zhu-žu dish on the website and wanted to try it. The last time I ate it was 30 years ago in Czech China in Želivského Street in the middle of the street between Vinohradská and Ohrada.Tian Jin Restaurant, named after the city of Tian Jin located next to Beijing, is an authentic Chinese restaurant. The place is modern and clean. What I would appreciate are picture menus and a web presentation equipped with pictures. You get both the Lunch menu and Sushi, and you can choose from Main dishes, the portion of which is really big.I ordered Spicy Chicken Soup M2 for 45 CZK, Chinese Salad M4 for 35 CZK and Beef Shui-zhu" for 178 CZK. The price of the main course is higher

Located in the old U Kastanu restaurant. Pretty tasty food, liked the spicy (hot & sour) soup. Had szechuan pork, ordered with fried rice in place of the standard steamed rice. Both were delicious, the fried rice was cooked and soft instead of the standard american dry-fried hard rice, I found it exceptional. They have standard Czech beer grades draft beer selection of 10 Radegast & 12 Urquel from the Pilsner brewry. Service was attentive but a bit slow, but the food came cooked fresh and hot, so all good. Low to medium priced and both quality and quantity were excellent. Will go back, recommend.
