MusicClub Modrá Vopice
The perfect place to go see an underground metal or punk band. You will only find the nicest of people here, don't let their looks fool you :-) They have some nice rum here to make the events more classy or you can just have a beer. For us abstinents they have a Czech brand cola and a raspberry soda on the tap. The concerts are quite small but even then the inside stage space may not seem enough. Luckily there's also a nice yard and I believe some of the music events do take place there for added charm of the outdoors atmosphere. Definitely a good place to get your dose of alternative culture :-)

Cool place for concerts, reasonable prices at the bar but it gets incredibly hot when there's a lot of people in there.

Relaxed place with good music many times a week. Cheap prices, nice staff. Not enough places to sit outside. Long way from the center of Prague.
