STAY AWAY FROM ACER!!!!Stupidmost excuses, lies, insults, all to not comply with the 3-y-warranty.So, after 5 weeks no replies, nothing has moved forward with my laptop, that's still with this idiotic repair sercive facility.DO NOT BUY AN ACER!!

The company doesn't use emails. Sometimes you need to communicate via e-mail, but in case of the company it's impossible. It creates additional discomfort.DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT TO AVOID ACER SUPPORT.

I've had an issue with a hinge on my laptop. When I contacted the helpline in Hungary, they were really friendly and effective. I shipped my device broken and it came back to my apartment like brand new the following week. Will definitely think about the top-notch customer service when I need to buy something.

The company managed to repair my tablet within 2 days. It's just great. Enormous number of emails (in czech, why not to write important parts in English?) you need to confirm is annoying, but after all the work was done super fast.

I asked for a repair in Hungary. After the courier took my package, the next day it was in the Czech Republic. Repair process was 1-2 days. Then they shipped back the package to Hungary. Nice customer service lady, Rebecca. Fast service, transport.One thing that was not 100% perfect: I got an SMS that CourierX will ship the product, UPS shipped it instead a couple of days later than expected.Overall: satisfacted
