Theresian Hotel

Absolutely stunning room at this hotel. Exceptionally clean and well equipped and beautiful views from the balcony.Staff on reception were very polite and helpful. There is a neighbouring car park which you pay for but it’s a handy distance from the hotel. We worth a stay.

Best hotel ever in Olomouc. Nearly the center, high standard, dogs friendly, lovely stuff.

Very pleasant hotel, although a big disadvantage are huge and high rooms. Not very cozy. Very nice staff, great location. Extremely clean and modern!

Nice big room with comfortable beds. big bathroom with a shower that was appreciated after a long hot drive.. .friendly staff and a decent breakfast.. ( expect for the coffee) BUT there is a Nespresso machine in the room so you can make a good cup. I was little bummed with the A.C which while acceptable could have been cooler on a blistering hot day.. By morning the room was a nice temp...but then we were leaving...It's a pretty building right in the center...

It is pretty nice hotel with really good restaurant. Most of the food are really home made. Choice of the meal is not great but I was able to choose at all. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared on the other hand it was a bit less portion. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. There was nearly everything what you can imagine. In this hite there is also a SPA with three different saunas, one whirlpool, Kneipp pathway and relax zones. You can also go outside to terrace, cooling down and there is nice view as well. I can only highly recommend to visit this place and don't forget to get the breakfast!!!

Generally a very good hotel; well positioned, friendly staff and you can see that an effort has been made to create a decent standard of quality, but not everything was OK. By way of constructive criticism:The room is very spacious and well appointed, but with the ambience of the waiting room at your local train station. All hard surfaces, no carpets, only one arm chair and then poufs, but all upholstered in wipe-clean vinyl / leatherette. Uneven temperature of water from the shower. Very irritating lights shining from the main light switches (had to cover them with post-it notes). The coat hook fell off the wall. But a very comfy bed and got an excellent couple of nights sleep.Breakfast was fine, a good variety, but perhaps lacking in fruit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was used very frequently by a certain 'lady' to fill 2 large teapots at time, causing very long waits for other guests. Surely a separate way of providing hot water for tea would save a lot of time and everyone's nerves.On leaving the breakfast room this 'lady' was observed surreptitiously filling flasks retrieved from her rucksack under the table... Surely she could have asked the personnel to boil a kettle for her instead of inconveniencing a large number of thirsty people? Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon problem in Czech hotels. I'm sure she also stole the bread rolls and pilfered all the toiletries, towels and shoe cleaning stuff from the room.Recommended, but with some reservations.

Nicely decorated and large rooms. Fridge and Nespresso coffee maker available. Rooms are very quiet, no stumbling sounds of neighbors. Outside smoking area available on every floor. Parking available on the quiet streets nearby for 30ckr per hour from 900 till 1800. Walking distance to the city center square. Breakfast could have been better for such a hotel. Wifi in our room close to no signal. May depend on room location but could have been better for such a hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Olomouc. Friendly service, good beds. I would really return for the beautiful spa, very nicely designed. Great breakfast with all homemade food. The only minor were the small lights in the room which stayed on at night.
