Good customer communication, good e catalogue but much out of stock this year. Good parking, near tram stop. The only collection point for ecat orders now, no special delivery to Prague centre shop.

This place has a good range of tools and materials for small crafting jobs, and the people there are helpful. They've also got a plenty of model kits, if that's your thing.

I had ordered 3 LIPOs from Gensace. One of the LIPOs had undervoltage on one of the cells, right at delivery. As I have ordered from Germany and DHL does not carry faulty LIPOs on international sending when not in a product, I could not send back. Pecka Modelar decided to send me anyhow a replacement for the faulty LIPO, based on the pictures I did sent.Great customer service!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Excellent selection, but they aren't able to easily order specific aircraft if they don't have it. It's better you do that online yourswlf it would seem. So for that reason I give it 4 Stars.
