My experience in this particular Electro World is always amazing, there is a guy in there who's a master in customer service and customer's satisfaction, he's very helpful and with a very good English , saved me many times with his great recommendations.So i highly recommend.

It's an electronics shop, as the things you can get there, it's a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the have it sometimes they won't.People there are nice, and willing to help.

Terrible service.I bought a laptop 2 days ago for 17.000kc and after turning it on noticed that it has a visible defect on the screen. When I brought it back for a check, two employees acknowledged the defect, but then a big lady manager showed up and said “it’s supposed to be like this”! Even though an exact same laptop on display didn’t have this defect! So she just lied to my face lol.She said they can’t give me money back OR replace it with an identical laptop (because I bought it in the store, not in e-shop), and all they can do is to send it for diagnostic (which may take god knows how long).In conclusion, just don’t buy s*it in the actual stores, buy it online, then you will have more rights as a customer and won’t have to deal with unpleasant service.

Zero respect to EU citizens!I went there for i formation that I needed. I asked can buy several things on montly payment, the Seller was extremly rude to me, said that I must speak czech in order to sign papers. Even tho I am the EU citizen, he didn't want to continue and speak with me. Discrimination. After that I went to DatArt and didn't had a problem. They served me with all I needed, because they respect EU citizens.
