Miss Sophie's Olomouc - Boutique Hotel

We have stayed here a few times and have always found it nice. Staff are really friendly and the rooms spacious and comfortable. On one occasion the heating was too hot and our room was changed with no fuss which was good.The last time we stayed, this weekend, we unfortunately were not impressed at breakfast. Service was really slow, they were quite busy, and the croissants we ordered were rock hard (burned) but we were given replacements. For a 4 star hotel we expected better service and also cleaner rooms (dust is everywhere under surfaces such as the bed and cupboards etc).All in all a nice hotel but maybe understaffed at times and lacking attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.

I stayed in room 3 for a week. What a treat! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room faced the beautiful serene garden. I loved the afternoon light that filled the room, listened to the birds, relaxed, and disconnected from the world outside. Miss Sophie's Olomouc is a hidden gem; treat yourself to stay here!

Beautiful experience. The staff waited for us because our train was late, they were very kind and friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean. I'm allergic to dust and I didn't have any kind of problem. We didn't have breakfast here so we don't know how it is but the hotel is very good. The only problem is that there isn't any elevator for luggages and if the room is on the last floor it can be a problem.

Miss Sophie is a fantastic placecin the heart of Olomouc. My bedroom was full of light, wide, elegant and very nice. Everyday breakfast was very good: omelette, fresh juice and all the staff was very kind. Miss Sophie was for me a fantastic experience!!! Silvia

This boutique hotel is a gem! Beautiful old building, wooden ceilings, old stone walls, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Situated a few steps away from the old town center, it is a great address to stay in Olomouc and I will for sure come back! Děkuju!

I have a double room" that faces the street.1) the room is noisy. there are cars passing by my room every couple minute at 1am. It sound like they are passing right next to your bed. Since the road is one of those old bumpy stone roads

We usually come for coffee and waffles and we’re never disappointed. Not only does the place have such nice and interesting interior (and super cute cups!) but they’re also open on the weekends (not that common in Olo because of lack of students around then) and until late hours.

Great place to stay in Olomouc. Very stylish, well maintained, spacious room, huge bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Maybe pillows are too big and too firm to my taste.Very well located, and easy accessible from the train station.Also nice Cafe downstairs

We stayed in room 1 for two nights and had breakfast there each morning. Service was INCREDIBLE! the baristas are so kind and were very helpful to a clueless feigner like myself who knows zero Czech. Room had so many small details and accommodations that made it my favorite stay on our trip so far. Perfect cappuccinos. If I ever return to Olomouc I will be back!
