Very tasty plene bramborove knedliky (Czech potato dumplings filled with bacon and with cabbage). Kind waitress and honest procis. Highly recommend to eat or drink here!

Had a couple of drinks in here and it was ok. Staff are nice enough and done their best to accommodate us despite not understanding us. I had real food envy of the table next to us and wish I hadn't already ate

It has to be said that the staff in this place cheat customers at every opportunity. They are also often extremely rude, even by Prague standards. There are far better places five minutes walk away.

Update: New staff (perhaps new owners), who are very nice. Good prices compared to other places in the area. We just had a couple of beers on a quiet afternoon but will return for more beer and food soon...came back for Saturday lunch - it tasted fine (but felt like leftovers or reheated food), we had Španělský ptáček and vepřové řízek.I've always liked the decor here: old dark wood panelling, copper lighting, traditional feel; and I'm happy to see it's still the same, just without the motorbikes.After the place had been shut down for half a year, I'm glad to see it has reopened with different staff.I've removed my previous negative reviews because they are not relevant now.Hodně štěstí!

Good place for good beer. Bit like a old style Czech please pub.Food is a bit overpriced for the quantity you get but quality is ok.If you like typical Czech pubs it is nice place to go, otherwise in Prague can be found better, cheaper and definitely with bigger selection of beers.
