Miss Sophie's Downtown

Location was good,Whole staff that we meet or speak was very humble and joyous.English capability was enough and quite good.Even if we stayed only 2 night in there, they had been welcomed us in the room with specialized note and gift.Rooms were;quite large,clean,Also there was a NESPRESSO machine in it.Thank you for everything.

We stayed in a triple room that was spacious and everyone had a real bed. Nice and fresh hotel in an industrial style. The breakfast was perfect for us - everything was there that was needed. The best thing about the hotel, however, was the attentive and friendly staff. They shared Prague tips and walked an extra mile". The hotel is highly recommended!"

Great hotel, we got the hotel because another location was not available but it has been nothing but an upgrade.Rooms were amazing with a nice view. Breakfast was outstanding. Can recommend 100%. Staff were exceptional.

Location is good 10 min walk to the Old Town Square.Car park is a big plus. And just across the central train station if you come by train.Breakfast was good.Rooms are modern and spacious and there is a small countertop and sink in them.Prices at the bar are fair.Staffs are very helpful and friendly.--Can't say the same things for the housekeeping...All the soap dispensers, shampoo and cream boxes were empty.They just emptied of the bins, no further cleaning.The main double bed was large and comfortable, but the additional bed for the kid was just a sofa and very uncomfortable.

Originally had planned to do an Airbnb in Prague, but stumbled upon this hotel somewhat last minute – very glad we did! Family of 3 – 2 adults, and a 3 year old. We booked the loft suite and it was perfect for us. We could put our daughter to bed, or down for a nap, and use the downstairs area to hang out until it was time for the adults to turn in. The view from the terrace is truly magnificent, although it was a bit too chilly for us to make good use of, oh well. Next time!Staff at Miss Sophie's was excellent. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast was nice, always willing to get us what we need, even if it's something they didn't have out. Bar is open round the clock. Nice to be able to go down and grab a drink before bed.We will be back. Thank you for making our stay in Prague one to remember!

Loved every minute of staying here! Great rooms with complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Their staff is very kind and accommodating for your needs. They had a great breakfast every morning for us and it’s about a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram and metro stop, so getting around the city was easy while staying here. Would definitely recommend staying at Miss Sophie’s when in Prague!

Had an early train to catch (this is a 2 min walk to the train station) and randomly booked this place. Turned out to be a jewel, perhaps I was lucky and got one of the best rooms (top floor, facing park/train station), room was large (suite size) with spacious bathroom and wonderful view... it's also walking distance to dead centre of Prague... their staff were kind and happy and their IPA draft beer, true to Czech form. I couldn't give this place higher marks (in relation to what I paid, approx 100€).

We had come by train and picked this hotel, bc of it's reviews and location across the train station. We were delighted after a long day of traveling to plop down our backpacks in the evening (we were 3 people sharing a room) and head out for dinner. The service was excellent - the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy -granted, we might have been too tired to notice any short comings- but really it was great! Next day, we had a wonderful breakfast. A huge spread with something for every diet and allergy ;-). Again clean, speedy, attentive and courteous. I cant say enough! We walked to the Charles Bridge and all the sights from the hotel.We stayed 2 nights and the second morning we had to leave before breakfast and the staff was willing to pack our breakfast for the train trip back to Germany! Highly recommend and we will go there again!

Loved the hotel the first time I stayed so much that this time I brought the whole family. Again, couldn't rate it more highly! The location is perfect, next to the train station and only a 15 minute walk from old town sqaure. We stayed in the family apartment which was super spacious and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed the coffee machine, plates and complimentary drinks in the room and the great breakfast selection. Most importantly, thank you to the staff for being so helpful, friendly and talkative and really making our stay!
