Corinthia Prague

It was a very bad experience. We rented the conference hall on the 24th floor of the hotel on May 22 for an event. The quotation given by the hotel was very confusing. There were many mistakes and revisions. The negotiating manager often changed, which delayed the valuable time of customer service. The tuner played on the phone during working hours , don't know when to turn on the lights, don't take work seriously at all, the price is very high, and the service is very poor, and there is also a 5% service fee, which makes the guests very dissatisfied.

I recently stayed at Corinthia and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the view from my room was nice and the location of the hotel was conveniently close to an underground station.However, my overall rating for the hotel is 3 out of 5 stars, and there were several reasons for this. Firstly, the hotel refused to provide me with a proof of accommodation, which was frustrating and caused me some inconvenience. Secondly, I was disappointed to discover that the hotel had blocked a fee of 50€ per day for the minibar contents. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not trust their guests to pay for the minibar items at checkout.Finally, the bathrooms were in really bad shape. They were clearly not maintained to the standards that I would expect from a 5 star hotel. In my opinion, this brought down the overall quality of the hotel, and I would rate it more like a 3-star hotel in this regard.Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the negative surprises that guests may encounter during their stay.

I’ve really enjoyed my one night stay at the Corinthia hotel in Prague. The hotel feels premium and the facilities provided are great. I would especially like to highlight the amazing breakfast! The rooms are a little worn down, but still comfortable, and the views more than make up for it! There is a lot of choices when it comes to hotels in Prague, but this one definitely made it on my shortlist.

My experience at this hotel was average. Positive points:-clean-spacious room-friendly staff-decent variety at breakfast-internet speed was good and without issues-close to train station-quiet areaNegative points:-swimming pool and gym are only included in the more expensive rooms, if you have a normal room you have to pay extra. For a 5 star hotel this is in my opinion ridiculous. I've stayed in plenty of hotels with less stars that have the gym included-bathroom is outdated-single use plastics. In the current time, it is a waste and doesn't make sense to use single use plastics for toiletries. Please change this fast!-location is not that great for tourism, it is only close to the congress and Vyšehrad

Great stay at Corinthia hotel PragueExcellent location right by Vysherad metro station with easy links to the whole cityExcellent staff who welcome you and clean the room really well - nice selection of toiletries tooUnfortunately no a/c so even in the winter was very warm during the nightThe breakfast was incredible best I have ever had in any hotel before! Really enjoyed this so much! Every item was delicious.The only disappointing part of my stay was when we prepared to use the pool and we were not allowed in without paying an additional charge - this was very annoying as any other time I have been to a hotel with a pool it's always been included and they use the photo of the pool as their main promotion - we spoke with the reception manager and she was very rude and didn't care that we were unable to access the facility - lack of customer care overall

Fabulous good and specially breakfast is best for even Vegetarian guys. Room is superb and view is fab. Location is best as we are into metro Station in 30 seconds...Fabulous hotel. Support provided by Nikunj (Hotel manager maybe) was Fabulous...Many Thanks. Only thing which can be improved is room service

Nice hotel close to the convention center. Nothing much else going on in that area but hotel lobby is conveniently placed next to the metro. Buffet breakfast with much to choose from. I had to pay extra to use the fitness room which was a bit odd, but on the plus side I got access to a spa with pool at the top floor. Lovely views of the city from many places in the hotel. Would recommend if a convention or if willing to travel by metro.

The hotel is in a convenient area when attending a trade show or conference. The rooms are a bit outdated with bottle opener and ashtray in the bathroom. The AC is not working properly which is a huge issue. Also most of the staff, except at the reception, doesn't understand English and it is a huge barrier. The breakfast is amazing and beds are super comfortable.

It's probably the nicest clean hotel in Prague.Breakfast food is fantastic, and staff are simply the best.They even have free lian umbrellas when the unexpected shower drops in.50 feet from the subway is a big bonus when going in to the town centre or local area.

Very friendly service at the lounge.Breakfast offers a huge variety of food & drinks.Hotel seems to be a bit older, minor works would be slowly needed (loose handle on the sink).
