TERRIBLE SERVICE. When I was there personally the lady even she had nothing to do, she did not pay any attention to me as a client. She did not know anything about the materials. Next time when I called there to ask if they have some material. The lady was totally confused, did no know if they have it and then she told me that she is out of the Republic, so she cant talk and hanged up.

Malý výběr produktů. Ceny jsou dražší ale přijatelné. Obsluha na nás celou dobu divně koukala a sledovala nás ale jinak to byli ok..

The store is small and I didn't get everything I was looking for but I still left with a bag full of supplies. They have a wide variety of beads and findings on their website. However, consider yourself warned - you'll be spending a good amount of time and money there like me :)
