Staropramen: Návštěvnické centrum

It's cute and easy going museum, that offers a quick picture of making of beer, after you'ill get to taste up to 6 different kinds of beer.

Avoid. I was looking forward to this but was left very disappointed. Ive literally wrote this as Ive went around, and If I could I would rate it 0 stars, but Google been Google you have to leave at least 1 star.3 Emails and 2 Phone calls, prior to my visit to enquire about tickets, were ignored.1st impression was awful, went to ticket office, the assistant stuggled to understand English, he disappeared for ten minutes to find his colleaugue, who advised me next tour was at 15.30. It just was before 15.00, and he suggested go the bar have a drink, then come back to office. So I thought OK Ican I deal with that, its beer. 59kr (£2.10) you can't knock that and I didnt mind waiting 30 minutes.Service at the bar was awful, one girl serving one blond guy walking around aimlessly as if he was lost and didn't know what he was doing.Thats before the tour even started, so I did not have any high hopes or aspirations for the tour.So went back at 15.30 to get my ticket using my Prague cool pass, the guy in ticket office didnt have a clue, so had to go back and get his colleague to sort out my Prague pass.Now for the tour..... and the experience doesn't get any better at allIts self guided, you walk through different rooms, and there is an automated voice in each room, talking about the history of Staropramen, in some rooms the voice went on too much, where it become a little tedious.In room, you get a little information on how the beer is made and the next room is about the bottling process, again, this drags on and you loose interest.You then come to a pointless room, playing a pointless video, of Staropramen been transported to various locations. Im pretty sure people understand how products are transported from one country to another.30 Minutes of my life I will not get back.At least at the end, the free drink was served quicker than when I purchased a drink before the tour

The beer museum was a bit plain with not much information or interactivity. There are 3-4 rooms and a recorded voice is speaking for a couple of minutes in each. The beer tasting at the end is what gets the stars in this review - all the beers were good and the food options were all tasty.

The tour is self guided and honestly extremely dull, in my opinion. It's fully automated and no staff to guide you round. I'd advise missing this. The beers at the end are nice are OK and the barman did talk to us about them which redeemed the place a bit. You get a selection of six in little tankards.

As brewery tours go, it's kinda different..it is a self-guided tour.It's interactive in nature and focuses on education with a twist of humor. You'll learn the history, their brewing process, and bottling. This is followed by a beer tasting that you can also order food at in their own two level bar.I enjoyed it!

A little disappointed. The “tour” was really 5 small rooms with a screen displaying visuals as an AI voice tells you the history of the beer, how they make it and package it, then a pointless video of how they transport it. Spoiler alert, they put it in a lorry and it travels to its destination. Who knew? You don’t visit the actual brewery and see in process how they make it, you just watch a video and are told so. It dragged on a little bit in places too. The bar is terrific though, good prices and the staff are knowledgeable of each beer. An average experience, but I don’t think I would recommend it as you could easily google the history and save money and time.

This is not a guided tour but a series of rooms with pre-recorded videos. The content itself was very basic, yet the tickets were expensive. I would not recommend this over an actual guided tour with a knowledgeable human!Tickets can only be purchased 10 minutes before the tour begins.

Interesting but shortish tour showing the history of how the staropharmen different beers are made. Done as a group with audio guide through speakers. Some interactive props are made available. The end of the tour is concluded with some beer tasting and food like chicken wings and pretzels. Beer bar stop at the end with food option. Table service.

Very good experience and you get a free beer or a taste of the various beers

Audio guide tour that takes you to kind like museum/exposition rooms instead of actual brewery. No insight into production or anything. Tasting was not impressive either. Honestly, waste of money and time.
