We had pleasant experience of going through the rental process with Svoboda & Williams. The representative, David was very attentive right from the beginning until the conclusion of the signing the contract. The communication, transparency, documentation and friendly environment were the attributes I found very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for renting an apartment in the region.

I can only recommend. I was on a buying side and everything went smoothly, communication was prompt and realtor helpful. Also, to my surprise, I didn't end up paying provision as is more or less custom in my area but it was rather the person selling the apartment who paid it.

I would like to note that the service provided to me by this agency was at a high level. Realtor David speaks English, and the agency always has options to offer you. The realtor accompanied me from the beginning of the tours at apartments, and till helping with issues after signing the lease agreement. The entire process of concluding the contract was accompanied by support from the realtor. I received comprehensive answers and explanations for all my questions.
