I have rented electric bike. I cam only recommended this place as the bike is quality one, perhaps considering change tyres more often.

It's all about a customer service.I highly recommend VANCL Sport. We rented Ebike from them on a weekend. We had few small issues but all perfectly sorted. Kind staff and very very helpfull at any time. Bikes in great conddition. Thank you and see you next time :).

Very professional consultants all around skiing… we just step into the shop to get some skis for our daughter… well we learned a lot about the construction of skis as well how to select the right skis for the size, weight, ability and passion of a individual person. In the end we walked our with a pair of STÖCKLI SWISS SPORT skis including the full option and professional adjustment…. After one day racing, the skis have proven as well the adjustment. The skis are supporting the skills of our daughter well and she actually improved her performance in just one day…. Well done. I will pass by next time again and will change my ELAN XLS World Cup in this shop with their consultants… they offer great service due to their Test Center and rental possibilities… So, you buy what fits to you… see you soon

Pleasant staff, good service. Not the widest sortiment, though sufficient.

We had quite bad experience when renting cross country skies. Employees gave us absolutely inappropriate skies with respect to weight they are meant for and refused to give us discount when we raised the issue. I would choose some other service next time.
