Beautiful interior; clerk solved my issue, but the wait is rather long

What a fantastic experience! I am not Czech speaker & the x3 different members of staff I interacted with to help me send my parcels were so attentive & helpful. The male guard (Jerry) & female postal assistant, Aleska were truly amazing. I visited here on a Sunday afternoon & left feeling great for having used the postal service. Thank you so much!

I believe it's one of the biggest and the most beautiful post office in Prague opened almost the whole day. It is built in neo-renaissance style with wonderful painting decoration and glass roof. They have a lot of staff on the shift so waiting period is a pretty short and every time I was lucky enough to have a nice employee who helped me.

I had a very nice experience at this Post Office, coming in with a parcel to send to my home country on a Sunday morning, Jaroslav really went out of his way to make sure it was packed securely, addressed and sent correctly. I left with a smile on my face and a good impression of Czech hospitality. He is a very dedicated worker!

This is a review of the building, not the post office service. It’s a nice building, but not beautiful enough to be a tourist attraction on its own.You can buy Czech stamps at the counters 29 or 30, which are on the left of the entrance.

Horror movie for tourists and foreigners. Stay away if possible. everybody is prone not to help you for basic procedure, sudden and angry atttitudes, deliberately not speaking English for help, forcing you to get queue tickets after any single error. I thought they changed their attitude since beginning of 2000s due to the high numbers of foreigners living in Prague: no way.For the tourists who want to send parcels & packages: Don't get involved in this scary adventure, just send your post from your home country despite its higher price.For the tourists who want to experience the Gustav Husak's tough times in Czech lands: Try to send a package from this post office to anywhere in Czech Republic. Unforgettable experience.

Beautiful building, horrible service. We asked for help with filling out all the address labels needed to mail a package. We are from another country so we wanted to make sure we did it the right way. The two young girls behind the counter were not helpful, they were very mean and even laughed at us. Hiring someone who is that miserable and rude really takes away the appeal of a place.

25 minutes waiting just to send a parcel. Slow and condescending approach of one guy there was really remarkable experience. Other official was fine and helpful.

Czech Point services are very slow. However, the building is beautiful and has nice seating and coffee/vending machines (paid)

By far one of the worst post office i ever visited. Totally illeterate people occupying the posts. No one out of 50 employees was able to speak a word of english. Instead of helping visitors, one of woman refused to speak english and told me you are in Czech republic so you should speak Czech. How disgusting? you expect to speak Czech from someone who is juts a visitor in your country. Infact she could understand me very clearly as I was speaking in english but reluctant to speak. This behaviour you would not expect elsewhere in EU.
