Never order delivery from this restaurant. If they can get your order wrong, they will. Don't bother to write which toppings you want to have or not have on your burger, nobody will read what you write. Also, the food never arrives in the time mentioned. It is cold and soggy. I ordered a Whopper for my son with only ketchup and I was very clear in the instructions. See the photo for what they brought me. Naturally my son refused to eat it. Oh, and they also charged me 50 CZK for a second piece of meat on the burger that wasn't there. Nice job, Burger King! :-(

Burger King Metropole Zličín
This is the first Burger King in the Czech Republic as well as the main one I usually go to. The food is great. I usually have the cheeseburger. They are so nice and if I ask them leave out the pickles and mustard. The cheeseburger is surprisingly good for a fast food restaurant. A bit burnt, but in a good way. I also had the nuggets. These are a little sub par with a slightly thinner crust. Overall, great restaurant and much better than McDonald's.

AVOID. They gave me major food poisoning and refused to offer a refund. Their hygienic standards and customer service standards are non-existent.

When i went it was crowded and busy. I didn't order a burger...only ice cream and a drink. Even though it was busy, the service was good.It was difficult to find a place to sit...but that wasn't burger king's fault

Don't feel like i got much for the price, 3 of us got a burger each (non-menu), nugget pack and cheese pack and we spent about 1300 czk / 50 eur. It took them almost 20 minutes to prepare. Honestly feel like it was not worth it at all. By the way even for this kind of takeout order a bag is still 10 czk extra...
